Q: How long will my order take to ship?

A: Most orders are shipped the same or next day. Sometimes delays come up but all orders should take no longer than 2-3 days to ship. Delivery times may vary.

 

Q: What is a "Custom Minifigure"

A: In this section, you will find custom printed Lego figures. All of the figures are either UV or Pad printed designs and professionally printed onto 100% official Lego brand parts. Some parts, such as special helmets, weapons, etcetera will be custom molded. These figures are generally meant for the high end collector, but are suitable for play as well. UV is a digital print with a slightly raised texture. Pad printing is what the Lego company uses. These are not the same figures that you get from other cheap websites for a few bucks each. These are very high quality, from some of the top customizers in the world and use official Lego brand parts. 

 

Q: Are your Lego products real? 

A: We sell only 100% official Lego brand products on this site. 

 

Q: If it says used, how do I know it's in good condition?

A: We sell new and preowned Lego. We would not sell anything that we wouldn't want to own ourselves. All Lego figures are inspected for cracked arms, torsos, dings, etc... In our "Junk Drawer" section, you will find some less than perfect items, but still very serviceable (great discounts). Please read product descriptions, everything is listed accurately. 

 

Q: Do you ship to my country?

A: There's a good chance we do! We ship all over the globe, with a few exceptions. 

 

Q: Can I cancel an order after it's been placed? 

A: Our shipping speed is fast, so if you need to cancel, please contact us right away and we will get you taken care of.

 

Q: What payment methods do you accept? 

A: We accept many different payment methods. You should have no issues at checkout. Should there be a problem, contact us and we will get it taken care of right away. 

 

Q: If an item says "Sold Out", when will it be restocked? 

A: We have a constant revolving inventory. New items will be uploaded frequently. Lot's of items may only have a quantity of one, I suggest not waiting on it.

Q: Do you take special requests?

A: You are certainly welcome to email and ask about a specific item. We may have it in stock, but not yet listed. 

 

Q: Will I receive a tracking number?

A: Yes! All orders will be shipped with tracking. Some international first class orders may not be able to be tracked all the way to delivery. This is all dependent on your country. If you choose this option, we are no longer responsible for your package after it leaves the United States.
